Every April the American Legion Auxiliary in Manhattan reaches out to our local schools to support our annual Poppy Poster Contest πΊπΈβ€οΈπ€π. Students from Grades 2 to 12 can showcase their artistic talents on an 11βx14β poster board using the poppy πΊ. We would like to thank the teachers who encouraged their students to participate. We greatly appreciate your support!
For their efforts, the Auxiliary will be presenting a cash award π°to each winner for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place π₯π₯π₯. The 1st place winners from each class will be submitted to the state competition & then hopefully to the national competition.
This year we are thrilled to announce the following winners for this yearβs Poppy Poster Contest πππππ₯³. Congrats to all the winners!!! Please know we had about 125 submissions this year & there were so many amazing posters to choose from!
