Congratulations to this three-member team of Kansas 4-H members who placed 4th at the National Junior Horticulture Association contest in Kalamazoo, Michigan! Congratulations to Shaley and Kyler of Harvey County and Grace from Chisholm Trail District.

Grace – rounded out the three-member team!

National 4-H Week reaches Washington D.C.! Read about 4-H Members making a difference on Capitol Hill! 🍀😊💚

National 4-H Week is being recognized on Capitol Hill! 🍀

Bipartisan resolutions have been introduced in both the U.S. House and Senate—bringing national attention to the work of 4-H and Cooperative Extension to prepare young people to be Beyond Ready for work and life.

In the House, the resolution was introduced by the bipartisan Co-Chairs of the Congressional 4-H Caucus. In the Senate, 4-H Caucus Co-Chairs Senator John Boozman and Senator Amy Klobuchar led the effort, with more than 30 senators joining in support.

We think it's fitting during National 4-H Week to take a look back to see how much growth has taken place across the great State of Kansas the past 120 years! Thank you to all the Extension Units who participated in our "Then/Now" challenge and sent in photos for display at the Kansas State Fair.
