Rise and shine! Boots on the ground! Take charge of your day and do good works!

Every day I thank God for all that I was, all that I am, and all that I will be.

I pray for strength. I pray for strength for my friends and family going through mental and physical challenges. I pray for our leaders to make sound decisions. I pray for forgiveness for those who’ve done wrong to my family and friends, and I pray I never cross paths with them.

Be on guard, keep awake. For you do not know when the time will come.

Jan 3. 2 x 22 pushups
Jan 4. 2 x 22 squats
Jan 5. 3 x 22 pushups
Jan 6. 3 x 22 squats
Jan 7. 4 x 22 pushups
Jan 8. 4 x 22 squats
Jan 9. 5 x 22 pushups
Jan 10. 5 x 22 squats
Jan 11. 6 x 22 pushups
Jan 12. 6 x 22 squats. Weight = 207.6 #

I’ll keep adding a set each day to finish out with 16 sets of 22 for a total of 352 pushups on January 31st.

Also doing “Dry January” and watching the pounds melt away.
