Happy to share a video describing progress in Silverton on their land readjustment initiative. The project will transform 6 acres of the central business district into a more walkable environment while creating community wealth. Saint Francis Group developed the proforma and Reztark Design Studio designed the massing studies. Thank you so much to everyone who shared their thoughts. Very exciting to learn that Silverton has received a Powerful Communities Grant from the Duke Energy Foundation to continue with the land readjustment study. Thank you Duke Energy Foundation! Great to see so many folks at the property owner's meeting last night at HighGrain Brewery! Special thanks to Reztak Design Studio and Saint Francis Group for the terrific presentation. Also good to hear all the great input from property owners. We will be putting your feedback into the study as we finish up Phase 2 shortly. Stay tuned!

Excited to share beautiful renderings for the land readjustment initiative in the Village of Silverton, Ohio. Saint Francis Group provide the direction for the type of development while Reztark Design Studio did the massing studies and the renderings. Although the final design will most likely be a bit different, the renderings provide a good "look and feel" for a revitalized Central Business District.
