Scouts BSA Troop 284 We are very excited and proud of our Troop.

Our mission statement is to prepare youth to make good ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath, Scout Law, Scout Slogan, and The Outdoor Code.

Competitive Gaming is here, and it is one of the newest badges Scouts can tackle at the 2026 Nat Jamboree!

The badge introduces Scouts to one of the fastest growing industries in the world, esports and modern gaming, while putting the Scout Oath and Scout Law to work in digital spaces.
