The Neptunian Woman's Club of Manhattan Beach is a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Philanthropic Organization dedicated to volunteerism and the raising of funds in support of charitable, educational, cultural and civic services. With approximately 240 active participants and a Board of eighteen, the Neptunian Woman's Club of Manhattan Beach seeks to produce and/or participate in numerous philanthropic efforts each year benefiting individuals, groups or organizations in the local South Bay area.

Together, we distributed school supplies to children and families with students in grades K-12.

Join the Neptunian Women’s Club for a fun night of comedy, dinner and community at The Comedy & Magic Club on Thursday, September 24, 2026!

🎟️ Tickets: $45
💙 All proceeds go directly to the Neptunian Women’s Club and support our philanthropic mission.

📍 The Comedy & Magic Club
🕕 Doors open: 6:00 PM
🍽️ Dinner: 6:00–7:30 PM
😂 Comedy show: 7:30 PM
🚗 Parking lot opens: 5:50 PM

• Seating is first come, first served.
• Each attendee must purchase two menu items.
• Guests must be seated by 7:00 PM.
• This is an 18-and-over establishment.

Our first Mahjong potluck was the perfect way to wrap up the day. After the tiles were put away, we gathered around a table full of delicious food, shared plenty of laughs, and had the chance to get to know each other beyond the game. Looking forward to many more afternoons of Mahjong, great conversations, and wonderful friendships! 🀄️

Our Neptunian Book Club gathered to discuss Daughters of the Sun and Moon, a novel that sparked a thoughtful conversation.

Set in 1870s post Civil War California, the story follows the lives of three Chinese women in Los Angeles. Grounded in real historical events, it explores the Chinese Massacre of 1871 and the experiences of Chinese immigrants during that era.

Every book gives us a chance to learn something new, share different perspectives, and enjoy great conversation. We are already looking forward to our next book club meeting!

Leave it to the Neptunian Woman’s Supper Club to turn dinner into a celebration! 🇺🇸✨

We had a blast doing the Norwegian Row, laughing the whole way through. Then with the World Cup on we couldn’t help but cheer when Team USA defeated Bosnia and Herzegovina 2-0. The yard quickly filled with chants of “USA! USA! USA!” 🇺🇸⚽

Great friends, great memories, lots of good food and a night full of fun. That’s what Supper Club is all about! ❤️

A century of stories and still turning pages together. 📚✨

This month, our NWC Book Group took a trip back in time by reading the very first novel selected by the group 100 years ago: Mademoiselle de Scuderi by E.T.A. Hoffmann. This classic mystery was the topic of a lively discussion at the clubhouse on Thursday, accompanied by good conversation, sweet treats, and a toast to a century of reading.

Here’s to 100 years of books, friendship, and thoughtful discussion. 📚🍪🥂

What a memorable day for our Women’s Club and the South Bay book-loving community! A full house gathered to enjoy a delicious luncheon prepared by Maria Zebrowski and Mary Morigaki, with wonderful homemade desserts generously provided by our Book Club members.

Excitement filled the air as guests lined up before the doors opened to welcome bestselling author Lisa See, who joined us to discuss her newest novel, Daughters of the Sun and Moon, on its publication day. We are so grateful for our partnership with Pages: A Bookstore, whose collaboration helps bring extraordinary authors and special literary events to our community.
