Such a beautiful day at our Energy Healing for All Sound Bath ✨💛 We’ve been gathering and sharing this healing space for going on six years now, and I’m so grateful for every person who has been part of it along the way.

A special thank you to Justin Garfield , who has been there since day one. 💫 It means so much to have people who have supported this community from the very beginning.

Today was another beautiful reminder of why we keep doing this — slowing down, connecting, healing, and sharing good energy together. ✨🔔💕

Our next Energy Healing for All Sound Bath will be November 29th. Can’t wait to see everyone again!

From beaches to temples to mountain towns, I bring my bowl wherever I travel. It’s my way of grounding, honoring the energy of a place, and remembering to be fully present in the moment

Japan has been one of the most peaceful places I’ve ever visited. 🇯🇵✨

Walking through the sacred shrines, beneath the beautiful red torii gates, and taking a moment to play my singing bowl reminded me how important it is to slow down and be present.

No matter where I travel in the world, my bowl comes with me. It’s my way of connecting with the energy of each place, finding gratitude in the moment, and creating a little space for peace wherever I go.

Japan’s beauty isn’t just in what you see—it’s in what you feel. The calm, the respect, the stillness, and the gentle reminder to appreciate each moment.

Grateful for this experience and all the memories made along the way. 🌎🔔❤️

What a beautiful day at Energy Healing For All! ✨💜

We want to warmly welcome and thank everyone who joined us. This year marks our 5th year of offering these gatherings, and we are so grateful for this incredible community that continues to grow and heal together.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended this special Sound Bath. The energy, connection, and healing were truly magical.

We were also honored to have a special guest, Lauren offers private sound baths for those looking for a more personalized experience, and she creates beautiful candles and aromatherapy products.

We personally use her Rose Spray during our ceremonies, and it has become one of our favorite additions to our healing events. 🌹✨

Be sure to check out her page if you’re interested in private sessions or her handcrafted products.

Thank you all for being part of this amazing community. This was our last gathering before our summer break, and we can’t wait to see everyone again in September! 🫶🏻🪽

✨ A moment of light ✨

Take a breath.
Let your shoulders relax for a moment.

Sacred geometry reminds us that everything in nature — including us — is connected through beautiful patterns of balance and harmony.

May this image bring peace, healing, and calm to your day. 🤍

If this image brought you a moment of peace, send it to someone who might need it today.

✨ Mount Shasta magic ✨

Waking up here felt like being wrapped in the most peaceful, powerful energy. From where I was staying, the view of Mount Shasta was absolutely breathtaking — the mountain standing so still and majestic, surrounded by endless sky and nature in every direction.

There’s something about this place that you can’t fully explain… you can only feel it. The air feels lighter, the silence feels deeper, and the energy here is incredibly grounding and heart-opening at the same time.

I spent time just sitting, breathing it all in, letting the mountain do what it does best — reset your spirit.

Mount Shasta truly holds a special kind of magic. 🤍🏔️

Did you know Energy Healing is offered in over 800 hospitals and growing ?

I had a fantastic experience in Winter Wonderland at Lake Tahoe, savoring hot chocolate by the fireplace, admiring the snow-dusted trees, and gazing at the stars in the sky while unwinding in the sauna after skiing. 🎿❄️☃️

Did you know that sound travels 5,000 times faster in water than in air? Since our bodies are composed of about 60% water, sound waves can pe*****te and resonate within us, helping to shake loose and clear out what we need to release.
