Manhasset made it to the semi’s and they’re still playing! St Mary’s made it to the quarter’s and had a great season! This is pretty good for our town.

merry christmas, happy chanukah and happy new year. love that my boy pete n. is doing a great job running hoops in manhasset.

letting (all of) you know how much administrative work there is: permits, insurance, scheduling, other (selfish) groups…

and thats just the manhasset public school gyms. don’t get me started on st mary’s! with the exception of fr tom coogan and tim cluess, there is mass confusion at the diocese.

love hoops, love this town. looking forward to a great men’s league season in 2026. 🙏👌

Men,

I'm happy to report that our insurance has been approved.

I am hopeful that we can start on the week of October 20th. A few notes:

1) Tuesday nights
Based on facility availability, this may end up being moved from Munsey Park to Manhasset High School
The start time may move up from 9pm to 8pm
I will confirm as soon as possible, but above is based on the calendar information the school provided to me
2) Thursday nights
This will likely remain the same. 8pm start at Manhasset High School
Both Tuesday and Thursday nights will likely be at Manhasset High School
I expect each run to have about 20-25 sessions over the course of the school year.

Cost: We'll keep the fee at $200 for the school year for either Tuesday or Thursday night.

I'll send out finalized logistics once confirmed.
