Guests also toured the newly finished home, seeing firsthand the results of their support.

Last week, we dedicated the home of the 2025 Women Build homebuyers, the Dronet family. This ceremony honors the culmination of countless hours of hard work, dedication, and community support, turning the dream of homeownership into a reality for their family. The program, hosted by Habitat STW President and CEO, Terri Gage, was filled with heartfelt speeches that touched the attendees and showcased the community's support. Lead Stakeholder Engagement Advisor, Caitlin Hunter, spoke on behalf of our Visionary Builder sponsor, Chevron. Participants also had the opportunity to take a tour of the newly completed home, witnessing firsthand the impact of their contributions.

We know the benefits of stable, affordable housing and we know that homeownership is the primary way people build generational wealth. We also know that generational wealth and stability contribute to an upward spiral of opportunity, while lack of access creates, at best, stagnation, and at worst, a downward spiral of economic and personal outcomes. It’s a vicious cycle that we seek to interrupt and reverse.

Together, we are committed to equipping individuals with the essential tools and information they need to be successful in their dream of owning a home.

Keller Williams Realty celebrated its 18th annual RED Day (Renew, Energize, and Donate), a global day of service where agents step away from business to volunteer in their local communities. This tradition focuses on giving back, supporting local charities, and performing service projects such as cleaning, painting, and donation. A wonderful group from Williams Realty Services MC #94 spent yesterday in the ReStore helping us clean, rearrange and refresh. We thank them for their hard work.

The Habitat STW repair program is now accepting applications for FORTIFIED roofs!

We are seeking approximately 35 homes to submit funding requests. The deadline for submission is on June 10th. Please note that meeting program eligibility is a must, and funding is not guaranteed due to limited awards.
