Greenleaves Subdivision of Mandeville

Greenleaves Subdivision of Mandeville Greenleaves Master Association More than a subdivision … a community. Residents enjoy our parks, feeding ducks, fishing or relaxing along our community ponds.

Our two miles of walking paths, which also serve as gathering places, enhance our community’s well-being and sense of neighborhood safety. Along our paths, neighbors visit with one another, residents stay fit by jogging and walking their dogs, and children ride their bikes to visit friends.

πŸŒ³πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ Greenleaves Path Reminder πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈπŸŒ³

We’re glad to see so many residents out enjoying the Greenleaves bike and jogging paths! As a quick reminder, we’d like to highlight the following from our governing documents:

πŸ‘‰ Master Deed Restrictions, Article II, Section B, Item 11:
β€œMotorized vehicles shall be prohibited from utilizing the bike and jogging path.”

This includes vehicles powered by a motor, even if they are small or electric, such as electric bikes and golf carts.

For clarification, electric bikes (e-bikes) contain a motor that assists with movement. Because the restriction applies broadly to motorized vehicles, they are included under this guideline.

The paths are intended for walking, running, and non-motorized recreational use, helping keep them safe and enjoyable for everyone. 🌿

We kindly ask residents to:
βœ” Be mindful and courteous to others on the path
βœ” Keep the path clear of any obstructions
βœ” Please remind children of this regulation to help keep everyone safe

If you observe ongoing concerns or safety issues, you may contact the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office (non-emergency) at 985-898-2338.

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community a great place to live!

πŸ”₯ Attention Mandeville! Because apparently Mother Nature isn't done with us yet... πŸ™„

The Red Flag Warning has been EXTENDED through tomorrow evening (Monday, 6 PM CST). That's right, critical fire weather conditions are sticking around for another day, so we need everyone to take this seriously!

⚠️ What does that mean for you?
βœ… Low humidity + gusty winds = fire spreads FAST
βœ… Today through 6 PM CST
βœ… Again Monday from 9 AM – 6 PM CST

🚫 Please, for the love of all things not on fire:
β†’ NO open flames or burning (yes, that means your bonfire plans 😬)
β†’ Keep vehicles OFF dry grass
β†’ Properly discard ci******es (the ground is not an ashtray, friends)

We love our community and we REALLY love not having to respond to preventable fires. Help us help you! πŸš’β€οΈ
