We love Dr. Ledet and Mandeville Animal Hospital!

While many know Dr. Liza for caring for puppies, kittens, and beloved family pets, she also feels it is her calling and responsibility to advocate for the wellbeing and safety of all animals, including local wildlife. Living alongside wildlife comes with responsibility, and simple precautions like supervising pets outdoors, securing food sources, and staying alert can make a big difference for both pets and native animals.

As coyote sightings continue across the Northshore, it is important for pet owners and the community to stay informed and aware. Proud to see Dr. Liza Ledet DiTommaso featured in the conversation about the need for education, safety, and a thoughtful approach to wildlife management.

Come out and enjoy the day with your furry friends, stroll the Trailhead, watch the parade, visit vendors, and soak in all the fun. Best of all, it’s completely FREE to attend, so bring the kids, bring your pups, and make it a full family outing!

🐾🎉 This year’s Krewe du Pooch parade was our biggest yet!

From the incredible crowds lining the route to the perfect weather and nonstop energy, it was truly a day to remember. The Trailhead was filled with smiling faces, wagging tails, and a community coming together for something special. 💜🐶

Most importantly, it was all in support of local rescue organizations, and we are so grateful to everyone who came out to show their love and support. Events like this remind us just how strong and compassionate our Mandeville community is.

We can’t wait to do it all again next year! Stay tuned for our 2027 theme announcement, coming soon!

One of the best parts of the day is seeing so many people come out with their dogs just to walk the route, enjoy the sunshine, and be part of the celebration. From tiny pups to big floofy friends, it’s all about spending time together and sharing the love for our four-legged family members. 🐶✨
