Along with Mental Health Awareness, this month is Better Sleep Awareness Month. Sleep quality is an important component of healing. We want to remind survivors that rest is not laziness. You deserve rest. You deserve healing. You deserve hope. πŸ’œ

We're so thankful to Bedford Gives for stopping by and supporting survivors in our community with grocery store gift cards! Acts of kindness like these truly uplift survivors and their families. Thank you for being the reason someone finds hope.πŸ’œ

Because of this amazing community, Bedford Gives was able to donate 10 grocery store gift cards to REACH Crisis Services to directly support survivors in our area.

It’s truly an honor to support organizations like REACH, and this is what Bedford Gives is all about, providing resources directly to local nonprofits when they’re needed most.

We’re grateful for the way this community continues to show up, support each other, and make a real difference. β™₯️
