We’re proud to announce a new resource now live on our website to help make lifesaving access easier in Warren County.

Our new Free Narcan Warren County page allows community members to quickly locate Caring Libraries throughout Warren County, get directions to the nearest location, and find answers to common questions about Narcan and how these resources work.

If you or someone you know may need Narcan, this page was created to make access simple, fast, and stigma free.

The drug is called N-Propionitrile Chlorphine, or cychlorphine, and is about 10 times more potent than fentanyl. Forensic officials said it has so far appeared in 41 deaths across Knox County and surrounding areas, a drastic increase from 16 deaths that had been previously reported in February. https://tinyurl.com/52jzjrnb
