We want to give a huge thank you to our friends at Fine Fettle for coming out and volunteering with us at the pantry!

Your team showed up ready to work ,
helping rearrange our food pantry, break down boxes, and organize our space so we can better serve the families who rely on us.

It may seem like the behind the scenes work, but it makes a real difference in how we operate day to day.

We truly appreciate your time, effort, and the respect you showed while being here. This is what community looks like , people coming together to support one another.

Thank you for being part of the mission!

We want to take a moment to give a huge thank you to some amazing women in our community — Mary, GiGi, Tina, and Christina !

Over the past few days, these ladies have shown up in a big way with donations to support, and we are incredibly grateful.

Because of your kindness, we’re able to continue helping families with the essentials they need and keep this mission moving forward.

This is what community looks like, people coming together to support one another and make a real difference.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for thinking of us and for helping us serve others with dignity and care!

What does leadership really look like behind the scenes? In this week’s Community Convos, we chopped it up with Mike, a manager at Dollar Tree, and had a real conversation about leadership, management, and the everyday challenges that don’t always get seen. One thing stood out… no matter the job, title, or industry the same struggles show up everywhere. Leading people isn’t easy, and every leader is figuring it out in their own way. It makes you think… what actually makes a great leader? So we want to hear from YOU! What’s one thing you do to help lead your team?

Could you impact a life with just one click?

For so many families, needing help doesn’t always look the way people think it does. Sometimes it’s a parent doing their absolute best but still coming up short. Sometimes it’s choosing between food and hygiene items. Sometimes it’s simply needing a little help to make it through the week.

Right now, we’re in need of essentials like shampoo, conditioner, hygiene products, and shelf stable foods such as rice, pasta, peanut butter & jelly, canned pasta, sides, and more.

The good news is you can help right from where you are through our Amazon Wishlist, and your donation will be shipped directly to our pantry.

We are a small, self funded nonprofit with a big heart for our community, and every donation helps us continue showing up for families who need support.

Thank you for helping us remind people they are not alone.

✨ On this Good Friday, we reached a major milestone , 1,000 applications received! ✨

We officially began taking applications last April, and almost one year later, we’ve reached this incredible point. While this number reflects a real and growing need in our community, it also reminds us how many families have trusted us to be a source of support during difficult times.

We are deeply grateful for every family who has reached out, every person who has believed in our mission, and every supporter who continues to help us show up for others. Thank you to our community, our team, and everyone helping us spread more sunshine & love to those who need it most.

We asked a Walmart cashier one simple question… and her answer might surprise you. For this episode of Community Convos, we asked:“What does community mean to you?” Her response was honest, real, and a reminder that some of the most powerful conversations happen in everyday places with everyday people. At Rosal Cares, community is at the heart of everything we do and we believe real voices and real perspectives matter. Take a listen and let us know in the comments: What does community mean to YOU?
