QC Bike Collective

QC Bike Collective Queen City Bicycle Collective’s mission is to get, and keep, the Manchester community riding bikes!

We provide space, tools, and equipment, so that community members can repair their bicycles at minimal cost, with our help. We also accept donated bicycles, salvage useful parts & recycle them, or return them to working order & sell them at an affordable price.

Join Us for a Community Cleanup at Bass Island Park!

We’re gathering volunteers for a public cleanup at Bass Island Park on June 3, 2026, from 8 AM–12 PM. If you love Manchester’s riverfront and want to help keep it clean, this is the perfect opportunity!

Location: 347 Second St, Manchester, NH 03102
What to Bring: Gloves, water, and waders if you’re able to help remove debris from the river
Questions? Contact the park’s Champion, Nicole Bisson, at 603-820-2589

Let’s come together to protect and care for one of our beautiful riverfront parks. Every pair of hands makes a difference—hope to see you there!

Heads Up, Manchester! Taco Tour is Thursday! 🌮

If you're planning to be downtown on Thursday, May 28, please be aware that Elm Street will be closed from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. between Lake Avenue and Bridge Street to allow for event setup, the Taco Tour itself, and cleanup afterward.

VEHICLES THAT REMAIN ON ELM ST WILL BE TOWED.

The Taco Tour runs from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Elm Street and is expected to draw large crowds to the downtown area.

Motorists should plan ahead, expect traffic delays, and use alternate routes whenever possible. Please follow posted detours and directions from officers working in the area.

Better crossing = better and SAFER bike riding!

Better crossing = better and SAFER bike riding!

Did you know the Goffstown Rail Trail has not one, but *TWO* "Pedestrian Hybrid Beacons" (PHBs) at the 2 Mast Road\Route 114 trail crossing locations? These lights help trail users cross busy Route 114 with greater safety by alerting roadway traffic in both directions that people are about to cross. It's useful to know that, once the device is activated, and AFTER all rail trail users have crossed safely, **if** (and only if) vehicle operators in the roadway are certain that no more trail users are crossing, or about to cross, motor vehicle drivers are allowed move forward once the red light is blinking mode. Steady red always means FULL STOP. Whenthe red light switches to blinking red, then **IF** no other trail users are in or approaching the crossing, roadway traffic may proceed. This page of the Goffstown Rail Trail website provides more detailed info on how these traffic control devices operate. --> https://goffstownrailtrail.org/pedestrian-hybrid-beacons?rq=beacon
