Announcing.... 15 years ago today we launched Roca Kidz with a few friends who were ready to do something to reach the kids of the city. We had no idea what one summer (or so we thought) would become.

We thank God for what He has done and we trust that He will continue to guide us along the way.

Should you wish to walk alongside us, please consider giving monthly, any amount. we'd love to get 15 new monthly new monthly donors as we currently have less than 10.

8 years ago today,
1st pic: this teenager in blue came to every week. Today Rory is a wife, mom, leader in her church, and our Operations & Finance Coordinator.

pic 2 & 3. One of these is giving the message this Thursday at our 15th Roca Kidz Bday and now volunteers with us. We love Mindy!

Tomorrow Roca Kidz will be 15 years old. Only God can change lives and bring purpose. We are thankful to be a part of what God is doing!

When they see you they have a chance to see Jesus.
Get in front of them and then point the way so they will see Him for themselves. They need to know there is safety, love and a rescuer.

Heather MacLeod Pfeifer usually places our pizza order for ROCA KIDZ CLUB the first Thursday of the month but had an emergency so i offered to place the order (and almost forgot to do it!).. whew! ..... Tonight, if you feel led to give to Roca, here is what our pizza night cost this evening over all 3 locations. How cool would it be to see it covered before the night is over!

We will be short on volunteers tomorrow night at a few of our locations.
We could use help serving dinner, hanging out with Roca Kidz, playing sidewalk chalk, wiping some tables, throwing a ball, hearing their stories and loving with everything you have.

Please help us and give this week to Roca Kidz. We feed over 200 meals each week and are able to do so through sponsorship or donations.

We currently have 9 monthly donors. After almost 15 years, we believe it's time to ask for monthly donors. We need the help more than ever to continue.
