Visit our beautiful non-smoking Bar/Lounge Area with two TV's (access to all major sports networks), a jukebox, 1 pool table, 3 dart boards, cribbage boards, pull-tab machines, free Wi-Fi, a function hall that seats over 100 people, and the friendliest bartenders in town. Manchester Lodge #146 has a beautiful Function Room capable of seating 100 people. She will be happy to work with you on your event to make it a pleasant and successful experience.

The NH State Elks Association Ritual Contest will be held on Sunday, January 26th, 2025 at the Rochester Lodge #1393 at 10 AM.

This year, for the first time ever, ANY MEMBER in good standing can compete in the 11 O’Clock Toast or Flag Presentation contests. You do not have to be an Officer, ER or a PER to compete.

Lodges – please let your members and officers know about this change.

I need to know by the end of December if you are interested in competing in either one of these contests or both.

The High scorers for both contests will be eligible to represent New Hampshire and compete at the Grand Lodge Contest in Kansas City, MO on Sunday, June 29th, 2025. The State Association will provide each contestant with $1500 dollars to cover trip expenses.

If you have questions or comments, please let me know. The rules for these contests are outlined in the Ritualistic Manual starting on page 6, which is available in hard copy and online at

Elks Lodges bring so much more to their communities than just a building, golf course or pool. They are places where neighbors come together, families share meals, and children grow up.
