sistance to those in need. We provide non-medical services such as transportation, assistance with grocery shopping, free food packages, friendly visits, and reassurance calls. Our care-receivers are often alone, on fixed incomes and without other means of assistance. We provide innovative programs that address critical gaps in service to the clients we serve. It is our goal to meet these escalating and evolving needs in our neighborhoods with your help and support. Our programs are not only in line with the recent interest to "rebalance" care for seniors towards the home and community level, but are consistent with what our clients say they want: to stay in their homes. As one care receiver put it, "They'll have to drag me kicking and screaming from my home." We want to help our neighbors age dignified in their own homes for as long as possible.

The relief and nourishment that comes with our Caring Cupboard deliveries is life-changing.
"My cupboards were bare," says Carol. "When they came with food, I never cried so hard in my life."
When Carol's first grocery delivery arrived at her door, she was down to one meal a day, unable to afford a ride to the store or to buy enough food. Her fridge and shelves sat empty - and she was hungry and scared.
There are many more NH seniors where Carol was - and today you can change their lives.
A gift today of $240, or $20 per month will provide a year's worth of groceries for a homebound senior like Carol. Create more tears of joy, and give life-sustaining food to a hungry older adult. Time is ticking down on this special day - give hope here: hope.cc-nh.org/givingtuesday ❤🙏

Today is and a gift of $240, or $20 a month, will provide enough food for a homebound NH senior like Florence - for an entire year! hope.cc-nh.org/givingtuesday
Florence's permanent disability and complications from COVID now confine her to a walker and her small apartment. As she says, "I can't get out to get food because my legs are so weak, and I have no family to help."
Alone, on a limited income, Florence desperately needed help so she could have enough to eat - that's when our Caring Cupboard stepped in with monthly grocery deliveries that not only brought nutrition and enough food, but also lifted the weight of worry from her shoulders.
No senior in NH should go hungry and worry about where their next meal will come from - today, please help ensure our seniors have the food they need. ❤🙏
