Scouting America New Hampshire Scouting is family, fun, friends, and a lifetime of adventure! Our Member Care Center is located at 1500 Bodwell Road, Manchester, NH 03109.

Scouting America™ New Hampshire provides a welcoming, safe environment where youth can become the best version of themselves by learning from and respecting each other. This is our permanent location for mail, volunteer and family support, and it is our location for any materials to be dropped off.

Are your AOLs ready to discover what comes next in their Scouting adventure?

Into the Woods | October 2–4, 2026
📍 Griswold Scout Reservation

Into the Woods is a weekend designed specifically for Arrow of Light Scouts to experience the adventure of Scouts BSA while working on their AOL requirements and meeting Scouts and leaders from Troops.

AOLs can jump into hands-on activities including:

🔥 Outdoor Adventurer — Camping skills, fire building, the SAFE Checklist, and Leave No Trace.

🎣 Fishing — Plan a fishing adventure, learn about fish habitats, choose your gear, and tie fishing knots.

🌲 Into the Woods — Explore local trees, wildlife, native species, and how forests respond to wildfire.

And that's just the beginning! You don't want to miss this chance to complete requirements with your AOLs and get a glimpse of what their next Scouting adventure could look like.

Back by popular demand, Scouting America New Hampshire is teaming up with Dave & Buster's for an overnight lock-in packed with games, food, activities, and scouting fun!

📅 Friday, November 20 @ 9 PM – Saturday, November 21 @ 8 AM
📍 Dave & Buster’s – Mall of NH, Manchester

This family sign-up event is open to Scouts of all ages and ranks! Bring your sleeping bag, your Scout spirit, and get ready for a night you won’t forget!

🎮 Unlimited gameplay until 1:30 AM
🍦 Late-night ice cream buffet
🎬 Movie, popcorn & theater candy
🥤 Unlimited drinks
🔬 STEM activity + special patch
🍳 Full breakfast buffet Saturday morning
😴 Overnight sleeping experience

Parents/guardians may register a maximum of 2 Scouts per adult. Dave & Buster’s will be closed to the public after 9 PM for the safety of our participants.

Scouting America New Hampshire has dedicated a Fellowship Circle at Griswold Scout Reservation as a permanent place of recognition for survivors of past abuse in Scouting and for all survivors overcoming the harm of abuse and bullying.

Located prominently at our camp in Gilmanton Ironworks, the Fellowship Circle was made possible through the generosity of the Arico Family and reflects Scouting America’s commitment to establishing places of recognition for survivors at Local Council camps and National High Adventure Bases.

The words at the Fellowship Circle carry an important message:

“Dedicated to all survivors who are overcoming the harm of abuse and bullying. Your strength and resilience continue to inspire others. Know you are not alone in your journey to heal.”

We understand that nothing we do today can undo the pain survivors have endured. We remain committed to listening, continually evaluating and strengthening our safeguarding procedures, and working every day to provide safe, positive experiences for young people across New Hampshire.

The Fellowship Circle stands as a place of recognition, reflection, and an enduring reminder of that responsibility.

We are grateful to the Arico Family for making this permanent tribute possible at Griswold Scout Reservation.

National Jamboree: Scouting America New Hampshire is proud to report we are “Granite Strong” with significant staff representation at the Jamboree. Of the 37 members of the 2026 National Jamboree Motor Pool, a total of nine are from Scouting America, New Hampshire. Left to right Jill Miltner, Rich Pedott, Rick Mason (Chief of Staff), Jon Leavitt, Brad Jobel, Kim Gilmore, Mike Woods, Guy Eaton, and Brian Inyart.

Many thanks to the dedicated service of our volunteers for delivering the promise of scouting to thousands of youth across the country. What a way to represent NH!
