Join us from 10 AM-1 PM on Saturday, July 18 at the State House Plaza in Concord, NH to enjoy a festive parade, a curated festival tabling with sections of businesses and organizations representing issues of disability, advocacy, wellness, equity, youth/education, arts, and more, a speaker program, and music and entertainment. We have some exciting news! 🎉Our second classroom is now open, and we're thrilled to introduce our new Life Enrichment Instructor, Ly!

Ly brings a background in behavioral science and experience in education, behavioral health, and community programs. She'll be teaching Health, STEM Science, Mindfulness & Emotional Regulation, World Tour, Painting, and more.

Are you interested in Case Management with CIS, but aren’t sure where to start?

We believe knowledge empowers individuals and families. It’s important to us that you begin your home and community-based services (HCBS) journey with clear information, and helpful resources as you navigate each step.
The case management roadmap is designed to help you begin your journey with confidence, by educating individuals and families in the processes of becoming eligible for services, exploring available support and preparing to meet your case manager.

Your journey starts with understanding and were here to help you take that first step.
