We're counting down to our 11th annual Sarah Ramsey Strong 5K in Burlington. In just 3 weeks we will run (or walk) in memory of Sarah Ramsey, Champlain College Class of 2012, as part of Champlain College Family Weekend.

The race starts and ends at Switchback Brewing Company, 160 Flynn Ave. Runners follow the Burlington bike path along the scenic shore of Lake Champlain. Immediately after the race, celebrate with us at Switchback with complimentary refreshments, courtesy of Cloud 9 Caterers, as well as runner prizes, raffle prizes and an awesome auction you won't want to miss! Proceeds go to student scholarships and programs that support student entrepreneurs.

13 years ago we said good-bye to our daughter Sarah. Every year we honor her memory by hosting the Sarah Ramsey Strong 5K Race in Burlington, Vermont as part of Champlain College Family Weekend. Thanks to our generous supporters, we have raised close to $500,000 to support student scholarships and provide resources that help student entrepreneurs. 13 years ago today we said goodbye to our beautiful daughter Sarah. Not a day goes by without thinking of her and wishing she was here❤️. We know Sarah would be very proud of the student scholarships and academic programs we have created in her memory. Thank you for helping us honor Sarah’s legacy by helping students at Rochester Institute of Technology and Champlain College achieve their dreams!
