Did you join us for our one-day workshop in June? Then you may already know just how much fun Lily Fryburg brings to the world of comedy! We're excited to welcome Lily back to CAST for Triple Play! ❤️

Lily is an actor, writer, improviser, and educator who creates original characters for stage and screen. She performs with Oops! All Cuties, an improv house team at Sea Tea Comedy Theater in Hartford. She holds a B.A. in Theater and Music from Muhlenberg College and has studied physical theater in Italy, as well as improv comedy at Upright Citizens Brigade and The Groundlings. Her performance experience includes plays, short films, Shakespeare, puppetry, musicals, and sketch comedy!

🎭 MEET OUR TRIPLE PLAY TEACHERS: SHERRI NORIGE! 🎭

Once a CAST kid, always part of the CAST family! ❤️ We're thrilled to welcome back CAST alum Sherri Norige, whose son is now carrying on the CAST tradition as a CAST kid himself!

Sherri brings a wealth of professional experience to the classroom! She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wagner College with a B.A. in Theatre and a minor in Dance. Her credits include touring nationally as Zaneeta Shinn in The Music Man, performing in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, and working in theatre, television, film, commercials, and industry play readings.

🎬 Sherri's Triple Play Class: Putting the "PLAY" in Your Play!

Through improvisational theatre games, students will learn to trust their instincts, think on their feet, listen to scene partners, and use their imaginations to bring characters and scenes to life. They'll build essential acting skills while having fun, getting silly, and learning to live in the moment!

Sherri creates a safe, supportive environment where students can take creative risks, explore, and grow as performers. It's all about breathing, listening, being present, and discovering what happens when you let yourself PLAY!

✨ And there's more! Triple Play features additional classes and instructors to explore, and our non-musical program is available now, too!

🍳🎭 "Something Rotten, Jr." starts THIS WEEK at CAST! 🎭🍳

Calling all actors, singers, dancers, Shakespeare fans, musical comedy lovers — and anyone who just wants to have a ridiculously good time on stage!

"Something Rotten, Jr." is a hilarious musical comedy set in Shakespearean England, where two brothers are desperately trying to write the next big hit while competing with a certain very famous playwright named William Shakespeare. Throw in mistaken identities, outrageous dreams, catchy songs, and a little tap-dancing Shakespeare… and you've got Something Rotten! 💥

“We’re making a musical!”

…and things are about to get wonderfully rotten. 😆

"Something Rotten, Jr." is for ages 8–18, and we STILL HAVE SPACES available in both classes! If you've been thinking about joining CAST, this is your chance!

🎭 Starting this week
🎭 Ages 8–18
🎭 Spaces available — register today!

And a quick CAST update: both "Madagascar KIDS" classes are currently FULL and have waitlists. 🦁

We’ll also be announcing some additional mid-session opportunities in the next few weeks, so keep watching for more ways to get involved at CAST!

🍳 Ready to get a little rotten? Register for "Something Rotten, Jr." today! No experience needed!
