Youth mentorship is a powerful tool that brings Multi-Tiered Systems of Support for Behavior (MTSSB) to life in schools, creating a safety net for all students. The Comeback Kid Mentorship Program uses an evidence-based curriculum to improve grades, relationships, and students’ confidence in their future. Through group mentorship, listening sessions, and interventions with school counselors, we've seen firsthand how mentorship breaks cycles, especially when supported by both school—and community-based efforts.
