The Bangladesh Bhaban Community Center has had many valuable community events over the past few months! One of our most rewarding events was our adult education citizenship class run by Manchester Adult & Continuing Education. More events coming soon!

Need a vaccine or booster shot? The Bangladesh Bhaban Community Center is open this Saturday, February 19th from 1:00 - 5:00 pm. Come in for your COVID-19 booster (age 12+ up) and vaccinations for children 5-11 are available, too. No appointment needed! Thanks to DPH and Griffin Health!

We suggest you come early and get a number ASAP. As long as you are in line by 5pm, you will receive your vaccine/booster.

Are you or someone you know interested in becoming an American citizen? Join us at the Bangladesh Bhaban Community Center for an adult education citizenship class. The course is run by the Adult Education program of Manchester, and it prepares immigrants how to transition into American life. The current course is three months long, and the next class begins in April.

Contact the Manchester Adult & Continuing Education at 860-647-5075 to register for the upcoming April class.

Have you been financially impacted by COVID-19? Are you struggling to pay your rent or utilities? Are you a landlord with tenants that can't pay?

Come out to our Rent Assistance Event on Sunday, February 6th from 10am-2pm at the Bangladesh Bhaban Community Center in Manchester, CT. We can help tenants and landlords to apply for rent assistance. Rent assistance up to $15,000 each is available, as well as assistance for past electric bills.

There is a rental assistance program supporting CT residents who earn up to 80% of the HUD Area Median Income and their landlords.

Volunteers needed! Only one hour of training is necessary. We will train you. Call MD and leave your name and number if you can help on Feb 6th! Thank you!
