🌟🌟 BIG NEWS FOR WEST DELAWARE FFA! 🌟🌟

We are incredibly proud to announce that West Delaware FFA has been named a 2-Star National Chapter at the National Level! 🇺🇸💙💛

The National Chapter Award recognizes FFA chapters that are actively making an impact through growing leaders, building communities, and strengthening agriculture. Chapters must first earn Gold at the state level before advancing to compete for national recognition. (National FFA Organization)

A 2-Star out of 3 star National Chapter rating places West Delaware FFA among an elite group of chapters from across the country, and fewer than 10% of FFA chapters receive this national recognition! ⭐

This achievement represents the hard work of our members, chapter officers, advisors, families, school, alumni, and community supporters who continue to make West Delaware FFA a program we are proud to be part of.

West Delaware FFA is making an impact, at home and on the national stage! 🌎🌟

The Iowa State Fair is a pretty special place to showcase all the hard work that goes into an FFA livestock project! 🐷✨

FFA students from West Delaware and Maquoketa Valley saw firsthand how some European farms compare to those in the Midwest after spending a week in Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg

Day 6️⃣! On our last day, our members went to the Amsterdam Square and walked around! To end off the day, they went on a boat canal tour of Amsterdam and got to see the smallest house in the country, standing at 1.8 meters wide!

Day 5️⃣! Today our members were busy with tours at a tulip farm, garlic farm, dairy farm, seeing a windmill, and having dinner at a cheese and clog shoe factory!

Day 4️⃣! Today our students traveled to Delft to visit the town square! Later, they visited the World Horti Center to learn about plants and greenhouses! They finished off the night with supper at the Amsterdam Tram food court!
