Bennet Simon is a shining example of dedication, passion, and hard work, and we are absolutely thrilled to name him our next Student of the Month! Bennet is a deeply committed member of our community who jumps at every opportunity to perform, doing as many shows with us as he possibly can.
Our staff has had the privilege of watching Bennet make huge strides in his performance quality and stage presence. This past summer, he blew us all away playing Toad in A Year with Frog and Toad, a breakthrough role where we really watched him blossom and shine as an inspirational young performer. Most recently, he brought his sharp focus and energy to the stage as a reporter in The Drowsy Chaperone. His growth isn’t a coincidence, either—Bennet works incredibly hard to hone his craft, even taking dance classes at the Palace Academy to elevate his skills.
What makes Bennet truly special, however, is who he is when the stage lights are off. He is remarkably kind to everyone around him and brings a level of focus and professionalism to rehearsals that sets a wonderful example for his peers.
We are so proud of the performer and leader Bennet is becoming. We want to encourage him to keep up the spectacular work onstage, and we couldn’t think of anyone more deserving of this honor. Congratulations, Bennet!
