On June 14, 1775, the Continental Congress established the United States Army, beginning a legacy of service, sacrifice, and dedication that continues today.

For 251 years, Soldiers have answered the call to defend our nation, protect our freedoms, and uphold the values that make America strong.

Today, we honor all who have worn the Army uniform—past and present—and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

Today, American Legion Riders Chapter 113 proudly honors the courageous women who have worn our nation’s uniform. From the battlefields of history to today’s missions around the globe, women veterans have answered the call to serve with strength, dedication, and unwavering patriotism.

Their sacrifices, leadership, and commitment to defending our freedoms have helped shape the military and our nation. We are grateful for their service and proud to recognize the countless contributions made by women in every branch of the Armed Forces.

To all women veterans: Thank you for your service, your sacrifice, and your continued example of strength and resilience.

🇺🇸🏍️ D-DAY: JUNE 6, 1944 🏍️🇺🇸

Eighty-two years ago, thousands of brave Americans and Allied troops crossed the English Channel and charged into history on the beaches of Normandy.

They faced machine gun fire, artillery, obstacles, and impossible odds—not for glory, but for freedom.

Many never made it off the beach. Many never made it home.

Today, the American Legion Riders honor those heroes and the entire Greatest Generation whose courage changed the course of the world. Their sacrifice reminds us that freedom is never free and that the cost of liberty is often paid by those willing to serve something greater than themselves.

As we ride, we remember.

As we gather, we honor.

As Americans, we will never forget.

American Legion Riders Chapter 3 out of Nashua NH doing amazing things in the community. They presented 2 $1,000 scholarships to high school seniors. Great stuff!!!!
