South Central Vermont Board of REALTORS SCVBR works to provide professional development opportunities to REALTORS® and to provide resources and cost-saving benefits that help our members succeed.

The South Central Vermont Board of REALTORS® (SCVBR) is part of Vermont REALTORS®, the state’s largest trade association. SCVBR is also part of the National Association of REALTORS®, the nation’s largest trade association with over 1.2 million members. We work closely with the state association to advocate on issues related to the real estate industry, and to protect the dream of home ownership for Vermonters.

SCVBR Scholarship Awards:

The SCVBR REALTORS® Scholarship supports graduating high school seniors as they take the next step toward their future. Open to students pursuing any vocational, technical, or academic path, this $500 scholarship recognizes hard work, dedication, and a commitment to continued growth beyond high school.
Eligible students must be from one of the following towns:

Arlington, Bennington, Chester, Danby, Dorset, Jamaica, Landgrove, Londonderry, Manchester, Peru, Pawlet, Rupert, Stratton, Sunderland, Weston, Winhall, Windham.

Application deadline is APRIL 15, 2026. Scholarship decisions will be made by May 20. Funds will be awarded August 1.
