Greetings Sno Dogs!! It’s been a busy start as we prepare to launch into the 2027 Season. Huge thanks to those who have helped get our trails ready to go!!

✔️ 7F2 to East Dorset recently received a haircut and was cleared up to Corridor 7
✔️ These 12x4 box culverts were built and will be going up the mountain on 7A to help alleviate excessive water flow issues on the trail
✔️ 7F4 to Manchester has been cleared looking good

If you have lent a hand on our trail system and have not yet logged your hours via [email protected] please do so by Oct 31 for your volunteer TMA.

All club members with 25+ hours of volunteer work per calendar year receive a free Volunteer TMA from the club!! Email your hours to [email protected] with a brief description of your work performed. This can be trail work or administrative hours.

SAVE THE DATE!! SATURDAY OCT. 24!! Kickoff to the 2027 snowmobile season!! Our 2nd annual Raffle fundraiser and cookout is coming up soon! Enjoy some great company and food as we talk sleds and play games. We will have some amazing prizes to raffle off including:

The Sno Dogs were honored to be a part of the 2027 VAST annual meeting! Thank you to Orleans county for hosting. The countdown to the season to begins.

We want to thank Nancy and Ed for their support of the Sno Dogs and snowmobiling in Manchester over the years. This was a destination favorite for many snowmobilers. We wish them well on their retirement and hope this establishment finds a new beginning.

The season is over, but the work is not. Our first work day of the off season and we put up railings and reinfocred another bridge!
Followed by some comaraderie & lunch, hope to see some new faces at the next work day on June 13th. 25 hours of volunteer work will earn you a TMA with the Sno dogs ! ❄🐕🐕‍🦺

New for 2027, the BOD and Officers of GMSD have approved an idea that will allow any active member in good standing to obtain a Volunteer TMA if they complete 25 or more hours of Club work from now until October 31. This includes administrative stuff or trail work. That’s 3 full days of work for a Free TMA!! In order to streamline the process, we have also instituted a Trail work day on the 2nd Saturday of every month for this Summer and Fall.

We have Events and Fundraising committees who operate year round and could use support. Please email us or DM us here to get further details. Our club is welcoming to all and we are putting our money where our mouth is. For everyone out there who says they want to help but don’t know how to get involved, this is for you!! Club operations are a 365 day a year investment. These trails don’t make themselves. Thank you to all our membership and current volunteers for their dedication. It takes a village.
