Opened in 1997, Northshire Civic Center, Home of Riley Rink and Hunter Park, sits on 35 acres in the foothills of Vermont's bucolic Green Mountain National Forest on Route 7A in Manchester Center, Vermont. eatures recreational skating, figure skating instructions, youth and adult hockey leagues, and it is home to the Northshire Skating Academy (NSA) during the winter months. In March the ice rink transforms to an indoor arena where children and adults play lacrosse, baseball, and soccer. In April, events & exhibitions begin and are held weekly through October, including antique shows, concerts, and more animated events like the Southshire Roller Derby and Cairo Bingo.
