We have a serious 911!

How do horses end up at auction?
Why don’t the owners reach out for help?
Well when they do sometimes they can’t find it 😒 the public outcry for owners to ask for help is being heard, now it’s time for that p***c to step up… this is the Arabian horse communities change to show these owners and breeders there is an option for help!

Last fall we posted a herd of older horses who needed help, owners health was failing. We only placed 3 of the horses.

Now we are 9 months later. The owner is hospitalized, the farm may be going back to the bank on 7/1, the family doesn’t have the funds to do anything with these horses. They are feeding them but if they loose the farm then the horses have no where to go 😭 so what do they do? We all know where the horses will end up, and most won’t survive that…

The other option, several are older, if not placed we could help fundraise to have them laid to rest at home… there are a few teenage stallions, I’m waiting for photos, I know who 3 are but not the 4th yet. Will update as soon as I can but if you can help any of these horses now is the time to do!

These horses are located in Milford VA. We need either approved homes or fosters! Waiting for current photos. There are 3 older stallions, 3 teenage stallions and 4 older mares.

Adoption number 25 for 2026πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

Our sweet 9/2/25 baby Vashti has been officially adopted❀️ this baby has such a special place in my heart. It has been such a blessing to see her grow in her foster home. Her mama, Sienna, was saved with the Veruka herd September of 2024. This herd experienced substantial neglect in their life and had lost countless babies due to this. After Sienna was saved, a wonderful foster mom stepped up took great care of her. She spent a lot of time and money ensuring both Sienna and Vashti were healthy and cared for. It is crazy to think that if Sienna had not been rescued and gotten proper care, Vashti might not be here with us today. Her foster successfully helped Vashti meet many of her milestones, including haltering, trimming, and desensitizing her. She set this baby up for success! Vashti’s adopter has had the opportunity to watch her grow since she foaled, which is amazing! She bonded with her and decided to adopt her! Vashti is such a special, friendly and lovable baby. She loves people so much and is very in your pocket. Thank you so very much to Vashti and Sienna’s foster for putting everything into these horses. We know it was very bittersweet letting Vashti go. We are so grateful for this happy ending!

Casper a horse whose life began with starvation and neglect who was given a ray of hope. He was given all the care he needed, and love he deserves. He has his own girl and together they are making memories they will never forget ❀️Casper and his girl successfully finished their first endurance ride last weekend and are looking forward to their amazing future together!

Rescue isn’t about the fame and the funds it’s about changing the life of a horse who needs you and also finding the perfect match and changing the world for the human who adopts that horse❀️

This is Missy. She was saved from auction back in 2021 and won grand champion in both the local pleasure and speed shows in 2022. In spring of 2023 the was diagnosed with DSLD and is now living out her life here as one of my personal horses ( I actually adopted her in 2021 for my daughter) ❀️ the rescue doesn’t cover her costs but she is still a part of it as she lives with the rescue horses and is our little yard princess 🀣

Pretty in purple Peach! She will be ready for adoption soon ❀️ one of our biggest delays in living in MI is with winter, no indoor and tax season our horses sit for over 6 months out of the year and have to go back into refresher training in the spring before they are available again.
