Little Wolf River Trail Organization The Trail System runs along the Little Wolf River and up near the Manawa Elementary/Middle School, known as the Patrick Wade Memorial Trail.

The purpose of the trail is to provide residents and visitors with a venue for relaxation and exercise

We wanted to thank everyone who has participated in the Stampede Run/Walk in the past and for supporting our trails. Unfortunately, we have made the decision to end the Stampede for multiple reasons, but we may be back with another event next year, stay tuned....

There has been a change to the way we will start the Stampede race. We will now be starting the 10k and 5k races TOGETHER, both at 7:30 a.m. Once you turn out of the park and onto the street, 10k runners will need to run a couple of blocks and then turn left onto 2nd Street in downtown Manawa. 5k runners and walkers will continue straight for over a mile before making any turns. To avoid any confusion, we ask that 10k runners stay to the left and 5k runners stay to the right so that 10k runners do not miss that turn. We will have a finish line clock this year, and this way the clock will be accurate for everyone. See everyone soon!

Does anyone live near 2nd St. downtown (or not) that can direct runners for about 20 minutes on Saturday? We are looking for one more person early on in the race to direct 5k runners. We need someone from 7:25 to 7:45.
