On the Last weekend of March chapters from Virginia sent their Councilors to our "Forge" leadership weekend. The staff consisting mostly of Past State Master Coincilors who treated the attendees to leadership programs on communication, selling and making pitches, etiquette, accountability, team building and running meetings. It was a great time and plans are in the works for 2027!

Virginia Advisors joined for a day of learning and Information sharing at our Annual Advisor's Retreat. Many thanks to Dad Luke for arranging the facilities, some amazing donuts and a delicious dinner. Our Grand Master of Masons in Virginia stopped in to address the group and offer inspiration. We are excited and rejuvenated for a new year.

Our Advisors and State Youth Leaders gathered in the Colonial Capital, Williamsburg, this weekend. This is an opportunity to meet with our State Leadership for instruction as well as meeting and sharing of ideas with other Advisors from around our jurisdiction.
