We will be voting to amend the bylaws and voting on next year’s board members. Voting will take place during the meeting, and you must attend either in person or on Zoom in order to vote.

We are excited to show our appreciation for our amazing transportation staff and all the hard work they do to keep our students safe each day! We will be providing breakfast on Monday, as well as gifting each driver and attendant with a gift card to show our gratitude. 😊

Beautification Day was a great success! 🌿 It was awesome to see so many people who care about our school come together to help. There’s still a lot more to do, and we can’t wait to see the complete transformation. Thank you to everyone who came out and pitched in today!

Beautification Day is on for tomorrow, Saturday, March 14th. No need to sign up, just come by between 9:30-11:30. Families are welcome and there will be rock painting for children. We are in need of wheelbarrows if anyone can bring one to help move supplies. Thank you!!

Roadrunners let's get ready for some fun!

The next few days are going to be filled with fun as we discover new worlds and work together to raise $9,000 for STEAM activities and equipment at Coles Elementary! Every student will participate in the fun through a character-building program, event day, and school incentives. Here are a few things you can do to help us reach our big goals!

💵 Donate and ✉️ share. We are encouraging every family to share their donation page with 10 people.
🎟️ When we reach our school goal, EVERY STUDENT will get a day pass to Great Wolf Lodge! Plus, you’ll have the chance to win a night’s stay just for sharing your page!
🎁 Throughout the week, our class will earn fun rewards based on how much we raise on our classroom tracker. When our class earns a reward, this adds some extra awesomeness to our day. I will keep you updated!

🌸 School Beautification Day 🌸

Join us this Saturday as we spruce up our school grounds and make them even more beautiful for our students and staff! 🌿✨

We’ll be cleaning up garden beds, weeding, spreading mulch, and adding a little extra love to the spaces our kids enjoy every day.

Many hands make light work, so bring the whole family if you can!

Whether you can stay for a few minutes or the whole time, we’d love the help! Kids are welcome too — it’s a great way to show school pride and teamwork. 💚
