He holds a Bachelor of Science in Fire Services Administration from the University of the District of Columbia and has trained with the National Fire Academy, Center for Domestic Preparedness, Emergency Management Institute, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Department of Counter Terrorism Support.

At Tuesday morning’s meeting of the Bull Run Rotary club Councilwoman Theresa Ellis was attending, as she is a member and a past-president, and she purchased a ping-pong ball which funds support our CTE scholarships to deserving seniors. If you would be inclined to purchase a ping-pong ball, which allows you to win money throughout the next Rotary year, please let me know.
