As a full-service training center, Astar offers well-rounded guidance to domestic and international students throughout their academic or professional journey. This assistance includes: in-person and online training courses in the fields of aviation, culinary arts, healthcare, and information technology; financial assistance for training programs; placement at a school or university in the U.S. education system; paid internships and on-the-job training opportunities; approved testing centers for certification exams; and staffing services for permanent employment options. Our goals are to create productive partnerships with school and employers, all in the interest of providing the best possible experiences for the students who trust us to provide a positive and fulfilling experience. Therefore, Astar programs use an extensive network of international contacts and agencies to recruit talented and motivated students, to screen these students to assess their potential for academic or professional success, to assist them in the application and visa acquisition process, to locate host families, and to ease any cultural differences that may be encountered along the way. We also provide English language training for international and domestic students who need to increase their language abilities in order to advance within their education or career. All placement staff members are accessible 24/7 to deal with issues that may arise and to answer any questions from student, families, or employers.
