CAN YOU ID THESE B**R THIEVES?
The Manassas Park Police are asking for assistance in identifying three suspects who stole b**r and ice from a Sheetz gas station.

On Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at approximately 5:15AM, two suspects entered the Sheetz store at 8504 Centreville Road). One male proceeded to the rear of the store, removed a case of b**r from the b**r cooler, and exited without paying. The same suspect also took a bag of ice from the exterior ice cooler and placed it in their vehicle.

The other male that was with him remained inside the store and was repeatedly looking back toward the counter while monitoring employees. That subject then exited the store and entered the same vehicle as his partner.

A third subject is seen entering the store moments later and proceeded to the restroom. After exiting, that suspect entered the same vehicle as the other two, and drove away, traveling south on Mathis Avenue.

Vehicle Description: Red Mitsubishi Outlander
Virginia registration: SZF-9546

The suspects are described as:
Suspect 1: Hispanic male, wearing a blue hoodie, black jeans, and blue-and-black shoes with straight hair, approximately 5’8” tall, and approximately 210 lbs.
Suspect 2: Hispanic male, wearing a black hoodie, black jeans, and black shoes with straight hair, approximately 5’5” tall, and approximately 180 lbs.
Suspect 3: Hispanic male, wearing a tan jacket, blue jeans, and gray shoes with curly hair, approximately 5’5” tall, approximately 170 lbs.

CRIME SOLVERS WORKS!
Thanks to a Crime Solvers tip, a comprehensive, multi-jurisdictional criminal investigation resulted in three people being arrested and charged, and six Manassas City businesses closed down all in connection with human trafficking and prostitution.

Those arrested are:

Yanzhi MEI, a 44-year-old female of Prince William County. She is charged with 2 counts of Keeping a B***y Place, Prostitution, Sexual Battery, and 2 counts of Aiding Prostitution. She was held on a $2,000 secured bond.

Yanwu GLICK, a 65-year-old female of Fairfax County. She is charged with 3 counts of Keeping a B***y Place, and 3 counts of Aiding Prostitution. She was held on a $3,000 secured bond.

Stephen SMARR, a 60-year-old male of Manassas City. He is charged with 3 counts of Keeping a B***y Place, and 3 counts of Aiding Prostitution. He was held on a $3,000 secured bond.

CAN YOU ID COMMERCIAL BURGLARY SUSPECTS?
The Manassas Park Police are investigating a commercial break-in and theft at PRO V**E CITY at 9111 Andrew Drive.

On September 11, 2026, at around 11:35 p.m., video camera footage shows the suspects entering through the front windows of the business. Once inside, they broke glass display cases, stealing multiple items from the cases and shelves, then ran from the scene. Prior to leaving the business, one of the suspects said, “𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐧 ‘𝐃𝐫𝐞’ 𝐨𝐫 ‘𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐤𝐞’.”

Two suspects that matched the offenders' descriptions, carrying a white bag, were observed running in the area of 5000 Palisades Circle (across the street from the victim business) as officers responded to the scene.

The suspects are described as two thin males of unknown race, approximately 5’8”–5’9” in height, wearing dark-colored clothing. One was wearing white shoes and carrying a black backpack, while the other was carrying a white bag.

The Manassas Police continues to investigate the shooting that occurred in Old Town Manassas in the vicinity of the train station on Friday evening September 4, 2026, and resulted in the death of a 16-year-old female.

Detectives believe two shooters exchanged gunfire near the railroad tracks. The teen was struck and killed during this exchange and police believe she was an innocent bystander.

The suspected shooter who struck the victim has been identified as 21-year-old Prince William County resident, Tasheem DOUGLAS and is now in custody. DOUGLAS was also shot during the incident, and he was treated at a local hospital.

DOUGLAS has been charged with 2nd degree Murder, possession of a fi***rm in the commission of a felony and possession of a fi***rm by a convicted felon.

The second suspect is still at large.

Police are asking for anyone who may have information about this crime and the identity of the second shooter are asked to submit photographs, video, or doorbell-camera footage to investigators or to Crime Solvers using the anonymous P3 app. https://www.p3tips.com/tipform.aspx?ID=271

JULY 4 SHOOTING – CAN YOU ID?
On July 4, 2026, officers responded to the 8600 block of Bruton Parish Court for reports of shots fired. The subject pictured is a Hispanic Male, wearing a black t-shirt with the possible numbers “502” or “517”, blue jeans, a gray sweatshirt, and white sneakers. He shot a fi***rm two times into the ground and left the area in the direction of Devonshire Court.

And in addition to the unknown suspect, Manassas Police are seeking a second suspect involved with the shooting, Christian CRUZ CHICAS, wanted for Misdemeanor Assault & Battery and Eluding Arrest.

A third suspect, Roberto CHICAS CRUZ, has been identified and charged.

Anyone with information that would lead the police to identifying and charging the unidentified suspect or the capture of Christian CRUZ CHICAS would be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1000.

POLICE SEEKING CAR THIEF – CAN YOU HELP?
The Manassas Park Police Department is requesting assistance in identifying the suspect pictured here in connection with a car stolen from the Manassas Yards Apartment Complex.

On July 5, 2026, at approximately 9:17 p.m., the suspect stole a 2013 white Infiniti G37. A short time later, an officer located the stolen vehicle at the Andrew Drive 7-Eleven. When the officer attempted to initiate a traffic stop, the driver fled the area at a high rate of speed.

Video surveillance captured the suspect at the 7-Eleven prior to the pursuit.

The suspect is described as a male believed to be Hispanic or Black, approximately 5’6” to 5’10”. He was wearing a black face mask, a black North Face jacket, and ripped light blue jeans.

The stolen vehicle has since been recovered; however, the suspect has not yet been identified.

On May 28, 2026 around 8:24 pm, the suspects stole merchandise from the Dollar Tree Store at 8490 Centreville Road. They were seen leaving in a red Hyundai sedan (Tag Unknown).

TWO MEN TRY TO KIDNAP 4-YEAR-OLD GIRL
***UPDATE; CASE CLOSED. SUSPECTS ID'D. ONE CHARGED WITH WEARING A MASK**

The Manassas City Police Department is investigating an attempted abduction that occurred on June 7, 2026 at 9501 Dean Park Lane. At approximately 8:50 p.m., a mother reported that two unknown males approached her 4-year-old daughter and attempted to lure her away with candy. The child's 6-year-old sister witnessed the interaction and immediately began screaming for her mother. Upon hearing this, both males fled. The mother quickly gathered her children and moved toward the park entrance.

The suspects are described as two males, one wearing all black and a full-face mask. The second was wearing all white.

Responding officers subsequently located a male matching the description of the individual dressed in black, including a full-face mask and a black hoodie displaying a white logo on the back.

When officers attempted to make contact, the individual fled on an electric bicycle via Winter's Branch Trail.

The two males were in the area of the soccer fields both before and after the reported incident. A still image captured from an officer's body-worn camera is included.

Police are asking for members of the Wellington Community to review any camera footage that may have captured the individuals going to or leaving the park. Anyone with information related to this investigation is asked to contact Master Detective Speights at [email protected] or 703-257-8041.
