We are coming together to support Manasquan High School alumna & 45-year-old mother who was recently diagnosed with stage 2 triple-negative breast cancer, the most aggressive form of breast cancer that requires intensive treatment.
Erin Brown was diagnosed last August and has since undergone 16 rounds of chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Erin recently had a double mastectomy and lymph node dissection which forced further treatment of 21 rounds of radiation followed with her current treatment of more chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
Erin is facing not only the physical and emotional challenges of cancer, but also the financial burden that comes with treatment, appointments, medications, time away from work and family, and everyday expenses. Erin is an entrepreneur, as she owns a salon in Columbus, OH. Erin is also a loving mother to a 11-year-old girl.
The PBA is proud to stand behind her and her family during this challenging time. No one should have to face a battle like this alone.
Every donation, no matter the amount, can make a meaningful difference and help ease some of the financial stress so she can focus on what matters most: her health, her family, and her recovery.
If you are unable to attend this event, please consider spreading the word or donating in lieu of attendance.
