On Wednesday we had the pleasure to congratulate Expl. Melannie German as well as say goodbye as she is off to Stanford University! We are proud of you, and wish you good luck on your next chapter in life. You will do amazing out there!

And a few words from Melannie: “I would like to thank the police department for teaching me valuable lessons that couldn’t be taught anywhere else. i will not abandon what they have demonstrated to me. as for future explorers, I would tell them to seize every volunteer opportunity that becomes available to them and to appreciate the good and bad experiences because they will grow and acquire knowledge from them.”
