✨ Once upon a time… Malverne Homecoming was a success! 📚

MWD was so happy to be part of this year’s magical celebration! Our Once Upon a Time float marched proudly in the parade, and we’re so grateful to everyone who helped bring it to life 💫

A special thank you to Mr. Kuehn for navigating the float, to our wonderful community members who marched alongside us, and to Allison, Mia, and Megan for creating such a beautiful display! ✨

It takes a village to make the magic happen, and we couldn’t have done it without you! 🧡🏰💙

📣 **MWD PTA EMAIL ALERT!** 📣

Are you missing emails from the **MWD PTA**? 👀📧

Some of our emails may be getting filtered into **Promotions, Spam, or other Gmail tabs** instead of your main inbox.

Don’t miss out on important PTA news, events, reminders & all the fun stuff! 🧡💙

📬 HOW TO FIX IT:

**1️⃣ Check your Promotions & Spam folders**
Search for emails from the MWD PTA.

**2️⃣ Move us to your Primary inbox**
If you find a PTA email in **Promotions**, drag it over to **Primary**. Gmail may ask if you want to do this for future emails—**YES!** 🙌

**3️⃣ Add our email address to your Contacts**
This helps Gmail recognize that our emails are wanted. 😉

**4️⃣ Check your Gmail filters**
Go to ⚙️ **Settings → See all settings → Filters and Blocked Addresses** and make sure PTA emails aren't being automatically filtered or deleted.

⭐ **Pro tip:** Search your inbox for “MWD PTA” to find emails you may have missed!

We want to make sure you’re getting the information you need—without having to hunt for it! 🕵️‍♀️📧

🧡💙 **Stay connected. Stay in the loop. Stay out of Spam.** 😂

📚✨ Books Bring Us Together! ✨📚

Our Scholastic Book Fair at Maurice W. Downing Primary School was a HUGE hit! The excitement from our students, the smiles, and the enthusiasm for choosing new books made all the prep work so worth it❤️📖

A very special thank you to:
💙 Our amazing teachers for being so wonderful and keeping everyone on schedule
💙 Principal Mr. Kuehn for his incredible support throughout the entire fair
💙 Our custodial staff for helping with setup and everything behind the scenes
💙 Our security team for checking in all of our volunteers and helping to keep everything running smoothly
💙 Parents, for sending in money to support our children and the school
💙 Our VP, Cristina Leto, for planning and executing this fundraiser
💙 And, of course, our incredible PTA volunteers who donated their time and energy to make the fair such a success!

It truly takes a village to make an event like this happen, and we are so grateful for every single person who helped make reading the star of the week! 📚🌟

So many books, so many happy readers, and so many memories made! 💙📖
