The majority of members of FBI - LEEDA are Chief Executive Officers of law enforcement agencies, Directors and Commissioners of public safety, and elected Sheriffs throughout the United States and numerous foreign countries. One of the requirements for active membership in FBI - LEEDA is to have participated in a Command Institute for Law Enforcement Executives or the LEEDS training program at the FBI Academy or one of the twenty-three regional FBI Command Colleges located throughout the United States. Members of the Association consist mostly of decision-makers from local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. In addition to FBI – LEEDA’s mission of leadership and management training excellence, the Association strives to provide information to its members which will enhance their ability to maintain an outstanding quality of life in the communities in which they serve. FBI-Law Enforcement Executive Development Association is a private, non-profit organization and is not part of the Federal Bureau of Investigation or acting on its behalf.

A strong partnership set the stage for a successful FBI-LEEDA Executive Leadership Institute in Stuart, Florida.

Congratulations to all 37 public safety professionals completing the course. We also recognize the 28 Trilogy Award recipients for reaching this distinguished milestone in their leadership development.

Our sincere appreciation goes to the Stuart Police Department and Chief of Police Flamur Zenelovic for their continued partnership with FBI-LEEDA. Thank you for providing the department headquarters as a clean, comfortable learning environment and ensuring the class had the resources and refreshments needed throughout the week.

We especially recognize Corporal Matt Isham for providing valuable logistical support. Matt and the Stuart Police Department continue to be exemplary FBI-LEEDA partners.

Public safety and correctional professionals from Colorado, New Mexico, and Virginia came together in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, for FBI-LEEDA’s Command Leadership Institute.

We proudly congratulate 37 law enforcement leaders from Florida and Georgia on graduating the FBI-LEEDA Executive Leadership Institute in Stuart, FL! We extend special congratulations to our 28 Trilogy Award recipients for their outstanding achievement.

A heartfelt thank you to our host, the Stuart Police Department, under the exemplary leadership of Chief of Police Flamur Zenelovic, for their continued relationship and partnership with FBI-LEEDA. We are grateful for the use of their headquarters, a clean and comfortable learning environment, and their outstanding coordination that ensured every participant had the resources needed to succeed.

Investing in future leaders is one of the many ways FBI-LEEDA supports the public safety profession and the communities we serve. Through our longstanding partnership with the FBI National Academy Associates Youth Leadership Program ( YLP), we're proud to help provide young people with experiences that build confidence, leadership, and lifelong connections.

This year, FBI-LEEDA was honored to sponsor Audry Lewis for YLP Session 27. From leadership development and physical fitness training to visiting Hogan's Alley and the Marine Corps Museum, Audry embraced every opportunity the program had to offer. Reflecting on her experience, Audry shared that YLP strengthened her confidence as a leader and inspired her to be a positive role model for her peers.

Resilience, service, and community were central to an inspiring week in Kerrville, Texas.

10 strategic communications professionals from across Texas completed FBI-LEEDA’s Master PIO course. Congratulations to every participant on this important professional achievement.

Thank you to instructor Jeffrey Grayson for leading the course and creating space for meaningful conversations. We also appreciate the City of Kerrville - Police Department and Chief Jerel Haley for hosting, along with Sergeant Benjamin Ledesma, who ensured the class had everything it needed throughout the week.

Kerrville has faced incredible adversity over the past two years. Despite those challenges, first responders in this region and across Texas continue to prioritize the people they serve. Hearing their stories and witnessing their resolve made this week especially meaningful.
