It is with broken hearts that we share that our beloved pony, Nova, passed away yesterday.
For the past eight years, Nova was so much more than the smallest member of our herd. She was feisty, spirited, and impossible not to love. Many of our clients saw themselves in her resilience, and earning her trust became a powerful reminder that the best relationships are built with patience, consistency, and respect.
Though she was tiny, her impact was immeasurable.
