‼️ Attention Livestock Exhibitors Planning to Show at the 2026 Fair‼️

Please complete this form to provide a rough estimate of the livestock entries you plan to bring to the fair. These estimates will help the Fair Board prepare adequate barn space, stalls/pens, and order the appropriate number of buckles, awards, and prizes for each livestock division. This is not an official entry form and numbers provided do not have to be exact, but accurate estimates are greatly appreciated to assist with fair planning and organization. Thank you for helping us make this year’s fair a success!

Rabbit and Poultry Exhibitors-you will need to be specific with entries. For example: ducks, 2; Poultry chain, 1 ;Fryer, 1, etc.

Please have this completed by end of day on Wednesday! 4H Leaders and FFA Advisors-please share with your students!

Tomorrow is work day! 🛠️

We plan to get started around 9am! Here are some of the things on the to do list!

Wiping down of tables and chairs.
Cleaning of buildings and bathrooms.
Painting in exhibit hall, fence across from Jack’s barn, and posts at front entrance.
Trash pickup around fences and in barns.
Cleaning of barns-spraying sidewalks, sweeping/blowing, and bleaching/sanitizing pens.
Barbed wire repairs need to be made to top of chain link fences.
Banners in show ring need to be cleaned
Storage room in barn needs to be cleaned and reorganized.
Pull weeds in barns.

There are many, many more projects that need to be tackled but this is a start!

We appreciate all fair families who are willing to spend their day with us working to maintain our facilities, and prepare for a summer full of activities and fair week!
