Join Us in Honoring Terri Bryant
You are invited to join other friends, family, and admirers of Mrs. Terri Bryant of Malvern, more commonly known as “Mrs. B.,” as she is recognized as the recipient of the fourth annual Hot Spring County Community Appreciation Award.
This is a non-partisan award, which is sponsored as a community service by the HSC Democratic Committee. It recognizes outstanding leaders who have contributed significantly to improving the quality of life in our community. Few people have touched so many lives as Terri Bryant—especially the young people of Malvern and Hot Spring County.
Terri is a long time educational leader—first as a teacher and then as a school administrator. She is a native of Hot Springs, where she grew up and graduated from Lake Hamilton High School. Terri graduated with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Henderson State University. Both degrees were designated as Magna Cum Laude.
Terri, “Mrs. B,” has been a leader in the Malvern Public Schools for many years, serving as principal of Wilson Intermediate School for 12 years. For the past seven years she has been director of school improvement, dropout prevention, and school health. She has been successful in getting more than $3 million in grants for the Malvern Public Schools, including creating a school-based health clinic—which also serves the general adult population. Above all, Terri loves children—which is clear from the years of attention she has given to countless students.
Terri is married to Larry Bryant. They are members of Malvern First Baptist Church.
