The Malvern Area Kiwanis Club is celebrating a major milestone this year—15 years of service to the community. Since its chartering in 2010, the organization has made a lasting impact through countless volunteer hours, youth programs, and community support initiatives.
Founded with the mission to improve the lives of children and families in the Malvern area, the club has become a driving force behind numerous local projects. Over the years, Kiwanis members have organized the annual Kiwanis Holiday Market, Sexy Legs contest, chili cook-offs, trivia nights and more.
“This is a moment of pride for all of us,” said Gretchen Ritchey, president of the Malvern Area Kiwanis. “Our members are passionate about making a difference, and this anniversary reflects years of consistent dedication to service.”
To commemorate the anniversary, the club will host a celebration event on Thursday, June 5 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Chamber Community Room located at 213 West Third Street in Malvern. The event will feature a look back at 15 years of accomplishments.
“We invite everyone to join in the celebration,” said Ritchey.
