Meet Cassie Cooper, she is a Nationally Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist, Peer Recovery Specialist, and Peer Recovery Supervisor in the State of Arkansas, with four years of experience serving individuals and families on their journey toward recovery and two years of experience serving in a supervisory role.

Cassie is passionate about using her lived experience, professional training, and compassion to empower others to find hope, healing, purpose, and lasting recovery. She believes every person deserves an opportunity to change their life and that recovery is possible when people are surrounded by support, encouragement, accountability, and genuine compassion.

Beyond her professional career, Cassie is deeply devoted to her family. She loves her husband and children and considers her family one of her greatest blessings and motivations. Her passion for serving others extends into ministry through Ethan’s House Ministry, which includes both men’s and women’s ministries dedicated to helping individuals rebuild their lives through recovery, faith, discipleship, accountability, and community.

✨ Meet Tricia — Peer Support Specialist & Founder of New Ground Discipleship Group
My calling into peer support was born from lived experience, deep compassion, and an unshakable belief that healing happens best in relationship. I chose this work because I know what it feels like to fight for your life, your identity, and your future — and I also know the power of having someone walk beside you through it.
As a Peer Support Specialist, my heart is to meet people exactly where they are. I want every person I encounter to know they are not alone, that their story still matters, and that recovery is so much more than overcoming addiction. It’s about discovering a new identity, stepping into purpose, and experiencing true freedom in Christ.
That mission is the foundation of New Ground Discipleship Group, where I serve as founder and president. Through mentoring, discipleship, and practical support, we walk with individuals and families affected by addiction — both in our communities and inside correctional facilities. Our work is rooted in hope, accountability, and the belief that transformation is possible for anyone willing to take the first step.
My commitment is simple: To help people move from surviving to thriving. From hopelessness to hope. From death to life — one life, one story, one step at a time.
