Back in February, ACME Markets shoppers across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, New York, and Connecticut came together through the ACME Nourishing Neighbors HOPE Starts Here Register Campaign benefitting Bringing Hope Home.
Together, shoppers across these 6 states raised an incredible $260,000 by donating on the pin-pad at checkout to support local Families with cancer! 🧡
Yesterday, we had the honor of visiting ACME Store #1058 in Mahwah, NJ to present the campaign trophy as this year's top fundraising store. Not only is this an incredible accomplishment, but it's also the first time a New Jersey store has earned the top spot!
We were welcomed by Store Director Mike Foley and his amazing team whose passion for supporting their community and raising awareness for the campaign was evident from the moment we arrived. Their enthusiasm, dedication, and commitment to making a difference helped make this achievement possible, and we are grateful for all they did to champion this effort.
What makes this campaign extra meaningful is that the funds raised support Families with cancer within that community. In Mahwah, the funds raised will support Families in North Jersey, and the same is true across all six participating states - ensuring donations stay local and make a difference for neighbors in need.
