Military spouses build careers around relocations, changing schedules, and the demands of military life. Professional growth should not have to wait.

The SpouseWorks Scholarship, formerly MyCAA, may provide eligible military spouses across all ranks and pay grades with up to $4,000 in financial assistance.

Stronghold Leadership’s live, instructor-led PMP and CMP Prep Course is currently approved for the program, giving eligible military spouses another path toward a respected professional certification.

Eligibility and funding are determined through the SpouseWorks Scholarship program.

A 99% certification pass rate is something we're proud of.

But the number only tells part of the story.

Stronghold Leadership's commitment does not end when the course does.

If you complete your certification training, attend the required sessions, and do not pass your certification exam on the first attempt, SHL continues supporting you with coaching, study resources, and exam preparation at no additional cost until you pass.

Your certification is the mission. We stay until you pass.

That is what support should look like.

PXG is back for the Veteran Education Classic!

At Stronghold Leadership, training is live and instructor-led. That means real conversations, questions in the moment, shared experience, accountability, and access to people who can help when a concept does not immediately click.

You are not handed a library of videos and left to figure out the rest alone.

Because when the goal is certification, the way you learn matters.

Supporting Soldiers also means supporting the families who stand beside them.

On Sunday, September 13, Stronghold Leadership was honored to attend the Yellow Ribbon pre-deployment event at the Harrisburg Sheraton in support of the 228 EN and 928 FI units of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.

The event brought together a strong turnout of Soldiers and family members, reflecting the importance of connection, preparation, and community support ahead of deployment.

To the Soldiers preparing to serve and the families supporting them at home, thank you. We are grateful to stand with you.
