Four years ago, SHL was built with a mission to support military-connected professionals as they navigate what comes next.

Since then, we’ve had the privilege of serving a growing community of veterans, active-duty service members, military spouses, and professionals committed to growth, leadership, and long-term success beyond the uniform.

What started as an idea has become a powerful network built on education, accountability, mentorship, and shared experience.

Thank you to every student, instructor, mentor, partner, and supporter who has been part of this journey. We’re proud of what’s been built together and even more excited for what’s ahead.

Meet the Team: Paris Gramann
Paris brings a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and purpose-driven leadership to Stronghold Leadership. As an instructor for our Change Management Professional (CMP) course, she combines years of experience in project management, entrepreneurship, education, and communication to help students think differently about leadership and growth.

Before joining SHL, Paris helped launch multiple startups, taught social impact entrepreneurship to middle and high school students, and built businesses focused on meaningful change. She is also the published author of eight children’s books and has spent the last 7+ years leading projects tied to storytelling, nonprofits, fundraising, and small business development.

One piece of advice Paris shares with every student:
“Everyone has something they can teach you. Come into life with open eyes and an open mind. There is so much to learn while we are here.”
Outside of work, Paris loves writing lyrics and songs and plays multiple instruments for fun.
