Kaelyn Barbaria, Tobi McKee, Denise Rogers, Jerry LaPage and Angela Trombley-Bio Ethics Team/Class came to speak at our recent Rotary meeting and what an amazing group of students! They are going to do great things! They will be going to competition at the end of January. We were so impressed with them we wanted to help them with there travels there. If anyone wants to make any donations, please reach out to Angela Trombley, the school Principal, and she will help you in making it happen! What an impressive group. We are very excited to hear about their upcoming competition!

They, along with Henna Goachee and Miranda LaPage, have been honored with this prestigious award to further their academic pursuits. Thanks to Steve Shafer and the volunteers from Rotary, Interact and the community, the Rotary Rec Park cleanup was a resounding success. While the weather may not have been cooperative, everyone had a fantastic time!

The Malone Rotary Club recently planted a beautiful Princeton Elm tree at the Malone Memorial Recreation Park, which was purchased from the National Arbor Day Foundation. We invite you to join us on May 10th at 9:00 am for the planting of another tree, as well as a litter pickup event with the Malone Rotary Club.

Congratulations to the Malone Central Educators who were honored at the Malone Rotary’s annual Educators Recognition Dinner held on December 2nd at the Malone Elks Club. These teachers were nominated by their peers and a dinner was held in their honor. The awardees are from left to right:
Heather Eldridge, Elizabeth Moore, Denise St.Denis, Tara West, Heather LaVigne and Eric Ashlaw. Malone is fortunate to have many dedicated teachers and they all deserve our support! Congratulations!
