Page Bartelt is a tennis coach, public speaker, and comedian ... and a Malibu Elementary School mom who knows how to work a room. Cisco Adler is a musician, entrepreneur, and Malibu Middle School dad with enough charisma to fill the whole campus.

Rogan Gregory, artist and Malibu High parent, will install a monumental bronze sculpture on campus.

Its center is an open portal. Turn the piece and the opening reframes whatever sits behind it — the room, the window, the coastline. The form carries the Pacific in it: the amplitude of a wave, the erosion of stone, two elements coalescing into one. It is not only an object to look at, it is an instrument for seeing.
